Whether you are new to The Capital or have been coming for a while, we want you to take this course! Intro to The Capital is an opportunity for you to learn more about who we are, what we do, why we do it, and what your next step might be. This course takes place about once every two months after our 10am service on Sundays. It lasts about an hour!
